We answer support email within two business days, New Zealand time. For account deletion, use **Delete my account** on the account page; it cancels the subscription and hard-deletes the account and all linked data. For a Free report that is not tied to an account, email us with the report URL and we will remove it.

For billing, the Stripe Customer Portal on the account page is the fastest route to update a card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling keeps the Review history until the account is deleted.
